Standing Committee members inspect ongoing works at the Legacy Project site

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church is advancing one of its most ambitious infrastructure initiatives in recent history—the 175th Anniversary Hall and Youth Resource Centre. Following a recent inspection by the Standing Committee and senior officers, leaders confirmed that the substructure phase—the very foundation of the building—is firmly underway. This marks a decisive step from vision to reality, symbolizing the church’s enduring commitment to future generations.

Located at Kpodzi, the facility is envisioned as more than a hall. Designed as a “cradle of excellence,” it will feature a 500‑seat multipurpose conference hall, digital media hubs, and vocational training suites. The centre will serve as a hub for mentorship, Christian education, and professional skills development—impacting not only the church’s 10,000 members but also the wider Ho community.

Just weeks after signing agreements with contractors, the site has become a hive of activity. Rising pillars now mark the footprint of a facility that embodies both legacy and innovation. “This isn’t just about bricks and mortar,” the project team emphasized. “It is a strategic response to the need for youth development and church legacy.”
