Air Commodore Basin Denis Dery (Rtd): Managing Director
Air Commodore Dery is the Managing Director of the company. He is a focused individual with a drive for success. He is a dynamic manager with a strong quest for prudent resource management, transparency and accountability. Having been chairman of several Project Implementation Committees of multi-million dollar MOD projects, and member of various MOD Boards, Air Cdre Dery is an asset to the company. He has also held several senior managerial positions in the MOD/Ghana Armed Forces including Director General Logistics, Director Procurement (MOD), Director Air Force Logistics, Defense Adviser and Deputy Defence Adviser to Ghana Missions abroad. He has had a one year stint with the UN as a Military Observer. Air Cdre Dery holds an MBA from the University of Hull (UK) and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK). He has been with RSMSL since 2011.
Nana Yaw Gyamfi Kesse: Human Resource and Administration Manager
Alfred is a proactive, dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive expertise encompassing all aspects of human resource and administrative issues. He holds an MPhil in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. He began his career at TeleCom Craft Ltd in Accra as the human resource Manager. He later moved to the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) where he lectured in the area of Management and Organizational Behaviour. Prior to that period, he lectured at the University of Ghana as a graduate assistant. It was also a time he partnered with other professionals to established O&O research Bureau, a management and research consultancy. As a team leader, he has employed his institutional planning and management expertise to restructure the organization to make it more dynamic, efficient and effective on its operations. He has been with RSMSL since 2011.
Ing. Kwadwo Osei: Operations Manager
Ing. Kwadwo Osei before joining RSMSL, was the Operations Manager at Water Health International. He is a seasoned versatile engineering manager with vast experience which spans 10 years in Ghana and some selected West African countries. He has worked with the department of Urban Roads, Ghana Railways Company and the Sixth European Union Micro Projects in the Upper East Region. Ing. Ing. Kwadwo Osei holds a BSc. Civil engineering degree from KNUST as well as an MBA Project Management degree from the University of Wales, UK. Ing Kwadwo Osei is a corporate member of the Ghana institute of engineers and has been with RSMSL since 2014.
Roland Walker: Marketing and Communications Manager
Roland Walker is a trained journalist and marketing Communications person from Ghana with specialties in PR and marketing communications strategy, social media campaign management; crisis communication management and events management. He has reported widely on issues of the environment, health and governance in the Ghanaian media. He has also travelled across West Africa to cover stories on tourism. Roland Walker has specialized in marketing communications and the production of documentaries on road safety, education, child rights and other issues of national concern. He has been with RSMSL since 2013.
Gloria Benneh- Head of Legal
A hands-on result-oriented lawyer with significant experience in corporate law, commercial international law transactions, Arbitration, Labour law, Human Resources Administration (legal aspect), Alternative Dispute Resolution, Property law, Corporate Governance and Board Secretarial Administration. She also has vast experience in contract administration, rendering legal opinions on varied legal issues, drafting, review and registration of mortgages, loan recovery, Labour issues, enforcement of statutory compliance and representation in labour related issues in court and at the Labour Commission. Before joining the company, she had worked with Apex Law Consult as Junior Counsel and ProCredit Savings and Loans as Legal and Compliance Officer. She has been with the company since 2012.
Zebedee Kofi Kumi-Paintsil: Finance Officer
Kumi – Paintsil is a trained accountant who prior to working with RSMSL, worked as an accountant with Vestel Publications Ltd. He has vast experience in auditing, financial accounting, cost accounting, and many others. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University Of Cape Coast and is currently a final level student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has been with RSMSL since 2012.
Emmanuel Amatey Sampah, MILT: (Logistics/Operations Officer)
Emmanuel is a chartered member of the Institute of Logistics and transport in Ghana. He has worked with PHC Motors Ltd. for five years as a spare parts manager. He also worked with Metro Mass Transit Ltd. as a procurement and stores manager. He has been with RSMSL since 2012.
